PRESIDENT/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - LUISA RUIZ:
Luisa Ruiz has been involved in pageants for many years. She has been a contestant, volunteer, pageant mom, judge and director.Luisa resides in Mission, TX, with her husband Rolando Ruiz, and her three daughters, Angie, Jennifer, & Jessica. Luisa is also a Realtor with Real Estate Investments Co. in Mission, TX. Luisa is an avid volunteer within her community serving as past Chamber of Commerce President, Holy Rosary Catholic church Volunteer, and as Board Member at the Club at Cimarron. Currently she is a member of Catholic Daughters and is 1st Vice President for the Texas Citrus Fiesta.

STATE DIRECTOR- JENNIFER RUIZ:
Jennifer is the daughter of Rolando and Luisa Ruiz of Mission, Texas. She is a recent graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, where she pursued a degree in Communication Studies with a major in Corporate Communication. She was greatly involved in her studies as well as in extracurricular activities on campus. Jennifer was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, the Golden Key International Honor Society, and the Hispanic Business Student Association. Jennifer was also a member of Catholic Sorority: Mu Epsilon Theta in Austin, TX. Jennifer loves the pageant industry and believes that pageants promote self-confidence, determination, good public speaking skills, and community involvement. Jennifer’s career ambition is to one day promote and direct her own pageant, has now become a reality. She is now the Texas State Director of the Miss Texas Belleza Latina Pageant. Jennifer also has great aspirations to one day become an actress.
